Discount codes

Discount codes can be used on all products but not newly released products. We have the right to cancel a discount code without notice. Discount code must be applied at the checkout and cannot be claimed after this period. 

 

Delivery Policy

Here at Shoelan we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

All items are posted via DHL, UPS or EUB .

We care about every single customer and put customers’shopping experience as our first priority. We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Confirmation:

All orders are able to ship to all over the world.

A confirmation email will be sent to you (the email used to place the order) once the order is authorized and verified.

We will be preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Shipping Processing:

Normally it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Once your order is dispatched, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Standard free shipping time: For the United States, estimated to be delivered in 10-15 business days. Please allow 5-10 days delay for the remote area(Hawaii, Alaska and other islands); For European countries, estimated to be delivered in 10-20 business days. Please allow 2-5 delay since the COVID 19 situation.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

 

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this.

Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

Contact us – we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by EUB has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the EUB has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.

If your order has been dispatched with an independent carrier then we can track and trace it using their online system.

Terms and Conditions
This free customs clearance service is provided as a goodwill gesture and does not imply any guarantee of customs clearance. Customs regulations and procedures vary by country and are beyond our control.
We will provide necessary documentation and support to facilitate customs clearance; however, any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a customs hold, customers must notify us within 30 days from the expected delivery date to be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Reshipments will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges:
